Data Deletion Instructions

If you have interacted with a business through this platform (via WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger or Instagram) and would like your data deleted:

1. Email info@mkista.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the phone number, Facebook name, or Instagram username you used to contact the business, and (if known) the name of the business you messaged.
3. We will delete the associated contact record and message history within 30 days and confirm by reply email.

Businesses using the platform can also delete individual contacts and their conversation history directly from their account at any time.
