Vendor Terms

Welcome to KronosInfra WhatsApp Platform for Vendors. These terms apply to all vendors who register and use the platform to provide messaging services to their customers. 1. Vendor Responsibility Vendors are responsible for all activities performed through their account including messages sent to customers. 2. Compliance with Regulations Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, Meta policies, and WhatsApp Business guidelines when using the platform. 3. Customer Consent Vendors must ensure that they have obtained proper consent from customers before sending messages. 4. Prohibited Use The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Spam or unsolicited messaging • Fraudulent or misleading communication • Sending illegal or restricted content • Any activity violating WhatsApp or Meta policies 5. Payment and Billing Vendors are responsible for paying subscription or usage fees associated with the platform. 6. Account Suspension Accounts may be suspended or terminated if a vendor violates platform policies or Meta regulations. 7. Service Limitations KronosInfra provides the platform infrastructure but does not take responsibility for vendor-generated content or customer interactions. 8. Modification of Terms KronosInfra reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
