This platform ("the Service") is a business messaging application operated by Kronos Infra. It enables businesses to manage customer conversations across messaging channels including WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger and Instagram.
When a business connects its messaging accounts to the Service, we process: contact details of message senders (name, phone number or platform ID), the content of messages exchanged with the connected business accounts, and technical metadata required for delivery (timestamps, delivery status, channel identifiers).
Information is used solely to provide the messaging service to the business that owns the conversation: displaying conversations in the business's inbox, delivering replies, and providing message logs and usage statistics to that business. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use message content for advertising.
Message delivery relies on third-party platform APIs, including Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform, Messenger, Instagram) and Twilio (SMS). Data is exchanged with those platforms only as required to deliver messages, subject to their respective privacy policies.
Message data is retained for as long as the business account remains active or until the business deletes it. Media attachments may be purged periodically according to the business's retention settings.
