Terms of Service

Last updated: 05 September 2026

These terms govern the use of this business messaging platform ("the Service"), operated by Kronos Infra ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service enables businesses to manage customer conversations on messaging channels, including the WhatsApp Business Platform, SMS and other supported channels. Message delivery depends on third-party platforms (including Meta Platforms, Inc.) and is subject to their availability, policies and approval processes, which we do not control.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate business information at registration and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite. You must connect only phone numbers and business accounts that you own or are authorised to use.

3. Acceptable use

You may only message people who have consented to hear from you, and you must honour opt-out requests promptly. You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and all applicable laws.

The Service must not be used for or in connection with:

We may suspend or terminate any account that, in our reasonable judgement, breaches this section — immediately and without refund where the breach is serious. Where required, we also comply with any prohibition imposed by Meta or another platform on a customer's use of the Service.

4. Fees

Platform plans are billed in advance at the prices shown on our pricing page. Message charges levied by Meta or other platform providers are separate, are set by those providers, and are billed by them directly to your own account — we add no markup to them. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Plans renew for the period purchased; you may cancel at any time and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Your data

Your contacts and message history belong to you. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy; deletion requests are handled per our Data Deletion Instructions. On account termination we may delete your data after a reasonable retention window.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for delivery failures, delays, or account restrictions caused by third-party platforms, telecoms networks, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the platform fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the operator's place of business have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable rights under your local law.
